The very charismatic Paola Langella is full of positive energy and therefore your ideal motivator to keep in shape. She certainly works her magic on me.

She has founded Shapes Studio, an online Pilates and fitness platform, where members can try a free video and subscribe monthly or annually. Members have access to unlimited Pilates videos from an extensive library that is frequently updated. Non-members have access to free tips for beginners and stretching videos.

Members can select workouts from Dynamic or Cardio Pilates with props or no props divided in body parts (abs, gluteus and legs, arms, full body); they can also favourite their videos and build their own library.
The aim is to build a shapes community where members can workout together with a friend, have shapes wherever they are in the world and feel free and empowered to be in shape mentally and physically at home or while travelling.

Through Facebook or via the website , members can ask for support or even request a specific video to target a body area they would like to work on.

Additionally, Paola is a Health Coach Nutritionist; she studied at Integrative Nutrition, NYC, a leading nutrition school.
As a health coach she provides true life transformations by finding the best tools and strategies tailored to her clients lifestyle to ensure long terms results. Her holistic approach towards food and nutrition is based on primary food, and the areas that balance our life (career, relationship, exercise, spirituality). If one of these areas is not in balance, our food will never be.
She also offers healthy weight loss advice combining stress management and emotional eating in a 3 months or 6 months programs. Coaching sessions are available in London at her studio or online.
