Classical Ballet Exercise

Classical Ballet exercise taught at your home by Anne Laure is the sophisticated way to keep in shape

The beautiful Anne Laure had a very impressive career at the Opera de Paris where she danced under the direction of Rudolph Noureev and Patrick Dupont. She worked with the most reputed choreographer including Roland Petit, Twyla Tharp, William Forsyth and Jerome Robbins. She actually danced with Noureev, Sylvie Guillem, Patrick Dupont and Nicolas Leriche, how amazing is that.

When she left the Opera de Paris in 1994, she dedicated herself to teaching and is now sharing her passion for dancing with us.

Her professionalism and rigour drives her teaching and makes the hour spent with her even more motivating and interesting.

As a Classical Ballet dancer she understands and knows how to keep our bodies in shape but in a soft way. This is not a zumba class…I call it a sophisticated way to stay in shape with floor and standing exercise which are all inspired by classic ballet movements, all to the tune of beautiful classical music. Don’t be mistaken though, this is a really effective and energising way of exercising and keep in shape.

She also teaches classical ballet per se to adults and children.

For more info, Call or email Anne Laure via Almost Essential and she will be delighted to come and teach you at home.

Her fee is £80 per hour.
