relishes the chance to nail the classics. His repertoire boasts from Beef Wellington to
Octopus Vindaloo, with a brilliant variety in-between! Whilst he has a particular fondness
for French, Italian, Mexican, Indian and South East Asian cuisines, he is equally happy
transforming your kitchen into a Taqueria or a Trattoria! His enthusiasm knows no bounds!

With experience catering in Ski Chalets, Scottish Lodges, Tuscan Villas, Cornish
Cottages, London houses and beachside homes in the Hamptons, Bas is not only creative,
