Menus are inspired by the cultures of the many countries the team have lived in as well as the breadth of clients for whom we have catered such as French, traditional Austrian, light Mediterranean, exotic South American, or exciting Asian dishes. They have a wide repertoire of serving styles ranging from canapés, bowl food dishes, seated meals to buffets and brunches.
