Almost Essential Keep Fit Exercises

Summer is in full swing so whether your sipping cocktails at a rooftop bar or relaxing by the sea, Michael our in-house personal trainer from BrigoPT is sharing some great exercises to tone the body in all the right places.
The workout is simple, the exercises are effective and there’s no equipment needed so you can try this workout anywhere.

Exercise 1. Lunge Runner
Perform 30 seconds on each side.

Exercise 2. Squats Pulses
Perform 30 Pulses.

Exercise 3. Side Lunges
Perform 20 repetitions.

Exercise 4. Clam Side Plank
Perform 30 seconds on each side.

Exercise 5. Glute Bridge Alternating Leg Lift
Perform 20 leg lifts.

Repeat the circuit twice.
